Boca do Rio is a complete resort, offering everything to make your holiday a real pleasure, or to make your business trip as efficient and enjoyable as it can be.
The deluxe accommodations, water-based fun sports, luxurious spa-based pampering and a choice of bars and restaurants are the basis for a unique experience. Boca do Rio is not part of an international, corporate chain: instead, we aim to create for each individual guest a “home away from home” feeling with friendly, personal service.
All our guests booking through this website receive a bottle of water and wine on arrival in the room.
Besides that, our hotel offer the following services free of charge: transfer to Portimão and to the beach, unlimited use of our health club, an hour a day of tennis and football and half an hour in the canoe.

This room offers a wonderful view over the Rio Arade and mountains.
All our Junior Suites have a beautiful view over the River Arade. It is adequate for 3 people to spend a longer stay at Boca do Rio Resort.
Our 2-bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room.

The Food & Beverages Department has to offer the following:
- 1 restaurant with international cuisine - which has a capacity of 120 persons
- 1 grill restaurant - which has a capacity of 50 places
- 1 restaurant with Portuguese gastronomic cuisine - which has a capacity of 50 places with a panoramic view to the Arade River
- 1 main bar - as part of the decoration style, at the place of the old boilers from the fish factory of St. Antonio
- 1 support bar for the main restaurant (international cuisine)
- 1 small snack bar by the swimming pool
- Room service (during the day)
By Car:
From Lisbon:
- Take the A2.
- After passing the Peage, follow directions to Albufeira/Portimão.
- Approximately 30 km ahead, exit at Lagoa.
- Head in the direction of Estombar and Ferragudo, until you arrive on the E.N. 125.
- Exit the E.N.125 just before the bridge where there are signs for Estombar and Ferragudo.
- At the 1st crossroads, turn right.
- The resort is 300 metres ahead on the right-hand side, in the town's main square.
From Faro Airport:
- Exit the airport and follow directions to Portimão.
- Take the A22.
- Approximately 70 km ahead, exit where it signs Lagoa.
- Follow directions to Estombar and Ferragudo, until you arrive on the E.N. 125.
- From here follow directions as above.
